Connect Motive the same way and its trucks land on the same map.

Geotab connects with your own sign-in and lands on the same map.

Fuel cards — import the statement your card already sends you. haulplace reads the file; it does not talk to the card company.

Why haulplace exists
haulplace was built by a driver with twelve years over the road — dry van, reefer, flatbed. Someone who knows the routes, the truck stops and the rest areas by heart, and who kept running into the same question: why does trucking need ten different apps? One to buy a truck, another to rent, a third for loads, a fourth for dispatch, a fifth to find a job — in and out, around in circles, every single day.
Hundreds of drivers said the same thing along the way, including the old-timers who still won’t touch a smartphone. Everyone hit the same walls. So haulplace became the one place that should have existed already: everything trucking, together, simple enough for anyone behind the wheel.
This industry moves America. It deserves tools that move it forward — and a fair shot for every single person in it.
Search any city or ZIP. Truck parking, fuel, rest areas, weigh stations and low bridges, live from OpenStreetMap.
List it free in the Equipment Marketplace, under Property and Yards. It goes live straight away, and drivers and carriers browse it there today.
Post it freeThe questions every trucker asks before signing up.
Yes. Your profile is free, companies finding you is free, and you never pay to get hired. Check a Carrier, the services directory and scanning a document to your phone are free too — no account needed. There is also CAB, an optional $4.99 a month for a driver who wants his scanned documents kept on the account — nobody has to take it, and everything that gets you a seat stays free. Beyond that, haulplace makes its money from fleets running more than one truck and from paid placement in the directory.
Nobody — until you decide. Companies reach you through your haulplace Inbox. Your number and email stay private unless you personally share them in a reply.
No. Only FMCSA-verified companies can start a conversation, they're limited in how many they can start, and everything goes through your Inbox — you reply if and when you want.
No. Your profile exists so companies can find and hire you — that's the whole point. We don't sell your email, phone, or data to anyone. Ever.
haulplace is built and operated by ID MEDIA LLC (Darien, IL) — founded by a driver with 12 years on the road, not a tech company guessing what trucking needs.
haulplace is built with the people who use it. Two honest minutes from you decide what we fix and what we build next.
Thanks for the honesty — it goes straight onto the build list.
